Dharma International Senior Secondary School proudly hosted an insightful * Capacity Building Programme (CBP)* on the theme:

*"Understanding Behavioural Skills Through Experiential Learning"*

On 17thSep2026,We were honoured to have the renowned educationist Mr.Rajiv Goel who is an IITian and have a work experience of 30 years as the resource person for the day.

Mr.Goel,with his profound knowledge and engaging methodology, highlighted how behavioural skills like empathy, communication, collaboration and emotional intelligence can be effectively nurtured in students through experiential learning. The session was highly interactive, activity-based and full of practical classroom strategies.The activities was conducted on the real life situation.He has given a situation and the teachers have to narrate the scene.He appreciated the efforts of teachers

The programme was attended by enthusiastic teachers of our school,who appreciated the hands-on learning approach and took back valuable takeaways to implement in their classrooms.
