Basant panchami, is a festival that marks the preparation for the arrival of spring. This festival is usually celebrated in Magh, which is between the months of January and February. The day is also celebrated as Saraswati puja where people offer prayers to Goddess Saraswati, the epitome of learning and wisdom.

To celebrate this day a special assembly was held in the school campus on 30.1.2020.

The ceremony started with the lightening of lamp by respected Principal Dr. Swati Anand and Manager Mr. T.S Rawat. The whole school assembled together to worship Goddess Saraswati. The students sang the beautiful Saraswati Vandana and poems on this day.

Mrs. Pooja aswal spoke few lines about the importance of this day,  all the staff was dressed in cheerful yellow attire as yellow is the colour of happiness and optimum, it is the colour of sun shine, high energy, enthusiasm, hope, fun.  The school was beautifully decorated with yellow flowers.  The ambience was filled with jubilation. 

The Principal Dr. Swati Anand gave her blessings and wishes to all the students.  She encouraged the students to excel in the fields of studies, arts, crafts, sports, music and made the student understand the significance of Spring season, why it is called as the King of all the seasons.

Our Manager Mr. T S Rawat shared with the students the importance being punctual at work and enhance their capabilities to excel in various fields.    

Kite making activity was held in the school.  Beautiful kites were made by the students.  The students participated in the activity with great fervor and enthusiasm, their work was appreciated by the Principal.
